This Privacy Policy describes how NextSys ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our owner mobile application and client portal (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number and preferred language, used to authenticate you and personalize the Service.
• Vehicle & contract data: your purchase contracts, vehicle (serial number, model), delivery dates, warranties, production status and referral credits.
• Service requests: descriptions, photos and videos you submit, and messages exchanged with our team.
• Photos & camera: when you choose to attach photos/videos (service requests, adventures), with your permission.
• Location: only if you enable it, to geotag your adventures or find nearby points of interest. We do not track your location in the background.
• Push notifications: a device push token to send you updates about your contract, delivery date and service requests.
• Technical data: device type, app version and IP address, for security and diagnostics.

2. How we use your information

• Provide and operate the Service (contracts, warranties, production tracking, service requests, referral program).
• Notify you of important updates (contract changes, confirmed delivery date, service messages).
• Authenticate you securely (magic link, password, biometrics stored only on your device).
• Improve and secure the Service.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (email delivery, push notifications, e-signature, payment processing) and when required by law.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to fulfill our legal and contractual obligations.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Biometric data (FaceID/TouchID) never leaves your device and is managed by your operating system.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, secure token storage in the device keychain) to protect your data.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
