Can other manufacturers see my data?
No — never. Each company gets its own database, physically separated from every other customer. Your prices, customers, suppliers and costs are accessible to your team only. Confidentiality and non-use of your data are contractual commitments.
Where is my data hosted?
In Canada. Each company gets its own database, fully isolated from other NextSys customers.
Can you migrate my existing data?
Yes — customers, sales history, parts catalog and BOMs. Data import is part of onboarding (Excel/CSV accepted).
How long does onboarding take?
Typically 2 to 6 weeks depending on the modules you choose. We guide you through every step and stay available after launch.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No — billing is monthly. An optional annual commitment gives you 2 months free.
Is the interface really bilingual?
Yes: the interface, customer portal, PDFs and emails all exist in French and English. Each end customer receives documents in their language.
Does it work for products other than RVs?
NextSys is optimized for serialized units sold with options (RVs, trailers, mobile units, boats…). Tell us about your product.
